The price of a home cleaning service depends on the total number of hours you book.

– 2-hour booking: AED 50 per hour

– 3-hour booking: AED 40 per hour

– 4-8 hour bookings: AED 35 per hour

All prices listed above exclude VAT and are for one cleaner only.

We are also running a promotion for new users at AED 25 per hours for 4 hour cleaning services and above.

If you require extra materials, an additional charge of AED 10 per hour applies. Cleaning equipment includes a vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, rags, and cleaning liquids and sprays.

You may cancel or reschedule your booked service at least one business day prior to the allocated booking, you may do so over the phone or through your online account with us! If the cancellation is made within the same day of your booked service, you may incur a fee for late cancellation. This is a policy we follow to ensure our great employees are covered for loss of wages. We understand things may happen and plans change, if we are able to, we will do our best to waive the cancellation fee.

To ensure you don’t forget about your appointment, we send you reminder emails/messages, these notifications are linked to your account. You can log in at any time and make changes to your booked services if the need to do so arises.
